Conveniently located near a mall with overnight parking, this hotel boasts excellent decor and intriguing accents. The rooms are impressive, with refreshing green bathrooms. The bed in our room was huge and very comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, as it was conveniently connected to a mall and within walking distance to SM. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby restaurants and attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, including delicious local foods that we thoroughly enjoyed.
There were dusty surfaces and stains on the beddings, which could have been improved upon.

The hotel is a great value for money. It's located in Robinson's Galleria shopping mall, making it convenient for a quick shopping spree. The staff is attentive and friendly, with a special mention to the wait staff in the breakfast room who provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.

I spent an enjoyable time here, recommend to anyone. Cozy room, with nice touches and nice decor. Unbeatable location - 5 minutes walk from bus station. Stuff was super courteous and the service was GOOD.

The hotel has an excellent location, being close to the ferry port and situated in a shopping center. This makes it convenient for travelers who need to catch a ferry or want to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and spacious, with a great view of the Mactan bay area. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel has an indoor swimming pool on the third floor, adding to the amenities available.
The walls of the hotel seem to be a bit thin, as noise from the hallway and other rooms can be heard.
